Our firm was founded in 1984 when Julia Stauffer, wanted to go out on her own and open an accounting firm to provide financial guidance for individuals and small & medium business owners in her community. To this day it remains vital for us that even as we grow we never forget or forgo delivering personal attention to each and every client. It is our objective to work with our clients to assist them with organization, tax planning, accounting and management systems and financing, in addition to the traditional tax and accounting services performed by CPA's.
Our approach is unique: We believe money is just a figment of the imagination. It is only worth what you are willing to invest of your integrity, respect and passion. The approach is not to diminish the usefulness of money as a tool but to enhance your fulfillment of life.
Our team has been well-trained to make certain you are always prepared and cared for to the best of our ability. All CPAs on our professional staff have membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and are subject to their standards and professional pronouncements. We are also members of the Indiana CPA Society, Rotary, Noon Kiwanis, and the Goshen Chamber of Commerce. Our team is not only passionate but has decades worth of experience and knowledge. We continually go above and beyond for all of our clients.
Julia is the founding partner. She is responsible for financial and tax guidance for individuals and businesses. She graduated from International Business School, Fort Wayne, IN. Her extensive community service has been at the Goshen Hospital Board, Elkhart County Health Board, The Window, and Elkhart County Humane Shelter.firstname.lastname@example.org
Deb is a partner. She has been with the firm since September 1996. She graduated from Butler University where she was the #1 tennis player for all four years. She is the tax manager for individual tax preparation and is responsible for overseeing all individual income tax related matters. In addition she is also our public relations manager and serves the community as the Secretary of Goshen Chamber of Commerce and Greencroft Foundation Board.
Cathie is an enrolled agent. She has been with us since March of 1996. She graduated from Goshen College and currently handles tax return preparation and guidance to our small business clients. She serves the community as the President of the Goshen Community School Board, member of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and Goshen City Redevelopment email@example.com
Judy has been with us since September 1999. She wears all the typical hats of an office manager plus she is our IT person, comforter and adviser. She received her paralegal degree from Michiana College in 1995 and has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor for 10 years. She served on the Goshen Community school board for 8 years.
Karen is our dedicated receptionist. Karen makes sure our clients feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. She is a vital and valued member of our team.
